Our Customer Service associates must have horse and tack knowledge. This position is responsible for greeting and engaging with all customers and helping customers with any questions they may have. Must have ability to use POS computer to ring up customers and provide proper change. Keep sales floor stocked, clean, neat, and organized. Recognize and monitor security issues. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Physically capable of walking and standing for long periods. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Flexibility for bending, stretching, and lifting to make products available and the store as attractive as possible.
This position requires knowledge and experience with computers, including photoshop/illustrator. You must be familiar with horses and horse equipment. Ability to approach problems in new, innovative ways and able to conceptualize the end product. Able to stick with the problem and look at it from different angles so you can solve the problem and complete the embroidery order. Ability to be creative and work with customers in designing their embroidery. Must have attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Must be able to work some weekends when needed and have the willingness to perform tasks that may not be in job description. Flexible work schedule during busy times of year. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and problem solving skills. Be able to follow written and verbal step by step instructions. Good physical condition and strength. Lift at least 50 lbs. and able to stay on your feet for 8 hours. Good vision is needed.
This position requires knowledge and experience with engraving software, Office and Outlook. Familiar with horses and horse equipment. Good physical condition and strength. Lift at least 70 lbs. Time management and organization skills are imperative. Ability to approach problems in new, innovative ways and able to conceptualize the end product. Able to stick with the problem and look at it from different angles so you can solve the problem and complete the engraving order. Working knowledge of engraving tools, machine and materials. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and problem solving skills. Be able to follow written and verbal step by step instructions. Must be able to work some weekends when needed and have the willingness to perform tasks that may not be in job description. Must have attention to detail, multi-task and proficient in spelling.
This position requires knowledge and experience with POS software, word and excel. Familiar with horses and horse equipment. Good physical condition and strength. Lift at least 50 lbs. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, organization and prioritizing. Work independently with efficiency and little supervision. Must be able to work some weekends when needed and have the willingness to perform tasks that may not be in job description.

Must have ability to use POS computer to ring up customers and provide proper change as well as creating work orders, helping customers with their custom orders, and taking in repair orders. Physically able to stand for extended length of time. Good physical condition and strength. Lift at least 50 lbs. Have basic computer knowledge and able to read a ruler and measure correctly. Working knowledge of tools and must have attention to detail AND be able to multi-task. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and problem solving skills. Be able to follow written and verbal step by step instructions. Must be able to work some weekends when needed
