Easy accessibility, great for ventilation, super for seasonal storage and when not in use, the horse heads lay flat against the wall out of the way. The Five & Swinging Blanket Bar needs to be permanently mounted to a wall.  It is made from 3/8" diameter basic steel wire and is zinc plated or powder coated to guard against rust and corrosion.  Measures 15.5"L x 4.75"H x 37"D.
